Homeselfe Payment Terms

You may access certain products like HomeSelfe for free, and other services and products like HomeSelfe RE require payment of subscription fees. This Payment Policy is incorporated into the HomSelfe Terms of Use, and applies to users who have purchased a HomeSelfe RE subscription plan to access HomeSelfe RE online or through a mobile application, and to individuals whose payment details have been used to purchase the HomeSelfe RE services.

  1. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer many different types of subscription plans, the specific pricing terms applicable to your account may vary depending on promotions and the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, yearly). In addition, our subscription plans may also begin with a free or discounted trial based on our promotions.  Free or discounted trial period and related subscription plan shall be specified during the sign-up process.  Free or discounted trial may not be combined with any other plan.  If you are an existing or pervious member, you are not eligible to receive another free or discounted trial.

Unless you cancel your service at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the free or discounted trial period, you will be automatically charged for your subscription plan at the end of the trial period. You must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of your free or discounted trial period to avoid charges to your selected Payment Method. We shall not be responsible for failure to cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of your free or discounted trial period

Our subscription plans are billed in one payment for the term. This means, for example, that if you purchase a monthly plan, you will be charged for the full month’s payment each month; if you purchase a yearly plan, you will be charged for the entire year at one time.

Please note that we may use a third-party payment processor to facilitate your payments.

  1. Renewals

All HomeSelfe RE subscriptions renew automatically, we automatically bill your Payment Method each month or year (as applicable) on the anniversary of the commencement of your subscription. In the event your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you started your subscription or became a paying subscriber on January 31st, your next payment date is February 28th and your Payment Method would be billed on that date. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month or year may vary for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your HomeSelfe RE subscription at any time.  To cancel, please contact our support team at http://www.homeselfe.com/contact/  or email us at support@homeselfe.com.

After the trial period we provide a 15 day period for you to request and receive a refund for your cancellation.  After the 15 day period, we do not provide a refund, prorated refund, or partial refunds for any subscription plans.

  1. Pricing Change Policy

Our prices may change in the future. If the pricing for your subscription does change, we will notify you, and provide you an opportunity to change your subscription, before applying those changes to your account or charging your payment details in connection with an automatic renewal.

  1. Payment Information

By providing payment information to us, you agree that the payment information is valid and (1) in your name or (2) in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase.
