According to these property professionals, the installation of HomeSelfe’s app, “Helps real estate pros engage more prospects and close more deals by helping their clients lower their utility bills by 30 percent.”
The app will also assist homeowners to earn rebates for upgrades and ultimately increase the value of their house over time.
These recommendations were gleaned from a report naming seven startup tech companies that were selected by Second Century Ventures, a strategic investment fund of national REALTORS®. They recommended HomeSelfe, along with a half-dozen other upstarts that will assist with the growing real estate market and listed them in their NAR REach class of 2016.
The NAR program is a tech acceleration group that helps companies to launch their services into the real estate, home services and financial sectors. HomeSelfe neatly fits into two out of these these three categories aiding property sales and home service organizations with their success.
NAR spokesman, CEO and President Dale Stinton confirms, “This year’s class represents an incredibly diverse mix of organizations that are providing both real estate professionals and their clients with tools and resources to simplify and elevate their personal and professional lives in a real tangible way.”
Stinton went on to congratulate HomeSelfe and the other participants, while applauding his own organization when he stated, “We’re looking forward to providing these seven companies with unparalleled insight that comes from being ingrained in an industry for more than 100 years.”
